On Nov. 14, the Cavaliers’ star was asked if the Yankees would win the Sabathia sweepstakes. His response: “We’re gonna get him. Absolutely.”
Lebron James was absolutely right. The Yankees got CC Sabathia.
Now the question is can the New York Knicks get another Cleveland superstar?
Yeah yeah Sabathia played in Milwaukee for 4 months, but he’s still considered a Cleveland player to me.
I think this helps out at least a little bit in Lebron’s decision to come to NY.
Saying all that maybe if the King does come in 2010, Sabathia can opt to stay for the remainder of his 7 year contract.
