I’m getting more than fed up with the whole Gallinari sore back issue. The more time he spends riding the bench and not getting any run, the more i wish we would have drafted Joe Alexander or Brandon Rush. After passing on Ron Artest for Fredrick Weiss New York fans are worried about how the draft gets handled.
OK the Joe Alexander pick may be a stretch to some of you, but he was the man West Virginia and i’m officially starting a campaign for him. Being a St. Johns fan i got to follow him for his career and saw him take over games down the stretch which is tough to do in the Big East. New York would have fallen in love with his ability to shoot, play d and block shots. And not to mention, kid can dunk.
I think the whole Gallinari pick was a scam by Jimmy Dolan to bring more Italians into the garden and sell some Knicks gear with Italian flags on it. Whats next?? after the renovation of the garden next year we’ll have an Italian restaurant selling canoles and espresso with Gallinari pictures everywhere?? I’ll stick with my chicken fingers and criss cross fries with a large Bud. Something i think Joe Alexander would appreciate.
