What do David Lee and Chris Duhon have in common with great duo from Utah? If you said no championship rings then pat yourself on the back, your right. But last night Duhon to Lee had the pick in roll working to perfection just like Stockton to Malone did back in the 90’s.
These two clearly like playing together. With 6:35 left in the fourth D Lee kicked it out to Chris for a jumper that made it a 6 point lead and the Knicks kept the lead and was a role reversal for the duo. Jared Jeffries then added a couple of free throws to make it 108- 102. No looking back from there.
A back to back win for our boys – I’ll take it. Play of the game was Nate’s monster block. It actually made the ESPN top plays this morning which probably hasn’t happened in a while.
Next up we head to DC for the back end of a home and home with the Wiz kids this Friday.

Damn that pic is wack. I don’t mind the 400 section though, especially in the center. This was in section 425, game one of my 4 pack recession buster 200$ special.
D. Lee has been the heart of the team this season and he just keeps getting better. He needs to be kept as part of the nucleus for the road to redemption and not used as a bargaining chip. He plays as hard as anyone and his second jump is the best in the game. Duhon to Lee > pick and roll > give and go > sushi rolls were being dished out all night long. 2 in a row… I guess it’s the little things in life.
